\u2018Legado\u2019 is a project that challenges local producers to maintain the island\u2019s traditional procedures and distinctive savoir-faire in their everyday crafts, by assuring pedagogical support. The scope is to preserve Madeira\u2019s cuisine, a big game changer of the island\u2019s most genuine legacy and original immaterial heritage.<\/p>\n
Activities such as cultivating the land, harvesting the native fruits, kneading the homemade bread and leaving for the sea by dawn will reveal themselves to be several peas in one pod. Or should we say pot?<\/p>\n
